Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Fanasha Safaris, our tour operator company in Tanzania, and our customers who book and participate in our safari tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment:

To book a tour with Fanasha Safaris, you must complete our booking form and pay a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour start date. If you book within 60 days of the tour start date, 50% payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• If you cancel more than 60 days before the tour start date, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.
• If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the tour start date, we will refund 50% of the total tour cost.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the tour start date or do not show up for the tour, no refund will be given.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.

Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or other events outside of our control. We will do our best to provide alternative activities or accommodations of equal or greater value.

Liability:

Fanasha Safaris is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the tour, except where such injury, damage, or loss is caused by our negligence. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential risks.

Health and Safety:

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other health issues that may affect your participation in the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour if we believe that your health or safety may be at risk.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all customers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour. Any behavior that puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove any customer who engages in such behavior from the tour without refund.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian law.
