Upon arrival at the airport, a Fanasha Safaris representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s famous safari destinations.
After check-in, relax and recover from your journey while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of your lodge. In the evening, meet your safari guide for a detailed briefing about the adventure ahead.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and exceptional wildlife diversity.
Upon arrival, begin your first game drive through the park’s vast landscapes. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife year-round, making it one of Tanzania’s best wildlife-viewing destinations. Expect to encounter elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and numerous bird species. Lions and leopards are frequently spotted throughout the park. Tarangire is particularly renowned for its large elephant populations and iconic baobab scenery.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park.
As you enter the Serengeti, enjoy an en-route game drive through one of Africa’s most iconic ecosystems. The Serengeti is world-famous for its predator populations, vast savannahs, and seasonal Great Migration. The route into Central Serengeti provides excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras.
Arrive at your camp in the late afternoon and settle into the heart of the African wilderness.

Depart early in the morning when wildlife is most active. Throughout the day, your guide will track animal movements and take you to prime wildlife-viewing areas. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration, one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife events. The Serengeti offers some of Africa’s best opportunities for predator sightings and year-round game viewing.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Today you descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries.
The crater floor hosts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife on the continent, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. The crater is widely regarded as one of the best places in Tanzania to see the Big Five within a single day.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool before continuing your game drive.
Return to your lodge in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for your final safari experience.
Nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, Lake Manyara offers diverse habitats ranging from lush forests to open floodplains and alkaline lake shores. The park is known for its elephants, hippos, baboons, flamingos, and famous tree-climbing lions. It provides a beautiful contrast to the larger parks visited earlier in the safari.
