Your adventure begins early in the morning when your professional Fanasha Safaris guide picks you up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short safari briefing, depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of rolling hills, traditional Maasai villages, and the stunning landscapes that make northern Tanzania one of Africa’s premier safari destinations.
Upon entering Serengeti National Park, your safari officially begins with an exciting game drive as you make your way toward Central Serengeti. The vast plains are home to an incredible variety of wildlife, and your first sightings may include zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants, gazelles, and various bird species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by nature before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the day progresses, your guide will search for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards that thrive within the Serengeti ecosystem.

Today is dedicated entirely to discovering the incredible wildlife and landscapes of the Serengeti. Early morning is one of the best times to spot predators as lions, leopards, and cheetahs are often active before the heat of the day. Your guide will take you to wildlife-rich areas where large herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, and antelopes gather.
Throughout the day, you will explore different sections of the park, learning about animal behavior, migration patterns, and the delicate balance of the Serengeti ecosystem. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration, one of the most spectacular wildlife events in the world.
A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic location within the park before continuing your afternoon safari. The endless plains, rocky kopjes, and acacia-dotted landscapes provide outstanding opportunities for photography and wildlife observation.
As you journey towards the Serengeti, enjoy stunning views and opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Upon entering the park, begin an en-route game drive while heading toward Central Serengeti, known as the Seronera region.
